John Sherman is an awarded reporter, CEO and family-man (father of two), who led a meaningful and happy life until his world suddenly turned upside down, in April 2023, when he got introduced to the heart-stopping realisation of where upcoming frontier AI is taking our little planet, with breakneck speed, a place where nothing we currently value can be recognised anymore. Since that moment he has decided to dedicate a huge part of his professional bandwidth on raising awareness to the general public.
His journalism has been recognised multiple times. A Peabody Award winner and a “True Detective” in corporate environmental destruction legal cases. He has an instinct for seeing the patterns, the race dynamics that lead to narrow short-term capital gains while leaving everyone worse off, the darkness, the enterprise bulls*t.

In October 2023, he started his awesome podcast, weekly releasing new interviews, unique in the sense that its target group includes everyone, all the next-door common people, anyone this unprecedented disruption will be affecting, not just intellectual elites. His growing audience includes people from all ages, all walks of life and his guests in the show include professors, silicon valley dudes, but also moms, artists and grandpas.
